基于优秀传统文化传承的小学语文教师专业阅读研究

摘要 中华传统文化绵延不绝,传承至今,在发展中不断升华。小学语文教师是母语教育的启蒙者、优秀国学文化的传递者,通过专业阅读,学习理解传统文化,促进其适应新时代小学生的需求与发展,推动对优秀传统文化的传承,十分必要。该文通过对小学语文教师的专业阅读状况调查,分析其中存在的问题及原因,最后给出相应的改进方法,以推动小学语文教师的专业发展和教学能力的提升。 Chinese traditional culture has been continuously passed on and sublimated in the course of development.Primary school Chinese teachers are the initiators of mother tongue education and the transmitters of excellent Chinese culture.It is necessary for them to learn and understand traditional culture through professional reading,promote it to adapt to the needs and development of primary school students in the new era,and promote the inheritance of excellent traditional culture.Through the investigation of primary school Chinese teachers’ professional reading status,this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and finally gives the corresponding improvement methods,in order to promote the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers and the promotion of teaching ability.
