术前访视在介入手术室优质护理中的应用

Application of preoperative visit in quality nursing of interventional operating room

目的:本次研究通过术前访视在介入手术室优质护理中的应用进行效果评价分析。方法:选取本院自2020年6月至2021年3月择期介入治疗的320例手术患者,分组方式选取随机数字表法,将所有介入治疗的患者分为观察组与对照组。给予参照组介入治疗常规护理,在常规介入治疗护理的基础上给予研究组加入术前访视护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组术前焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术前收缩压、舒张压、心率均明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者手术配合度、护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:介入手术治疗患者术前访视工作能有效地减轻患者的心理压力,最大程度地帮助患者缓解自身的不良情绪,同时有效提升了介入手术室护理人员主观能动性,使护理质量得到提高,获得了更好的就医治疗体验,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:This study evaluated the effect of preoperative visit in quality nursing of interventional operating room.Methods:320 patients who underwent elective interventional therapy in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected.The random number table method was selected.All patients undergoing interventional therapy were divided into observation group and control group.The reference group was given routine nursing of interventional therapy,and the study group was given preoperative visit nursing on the basis of routine nursing of interventional therapy.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional surgery in patients with preoperative supervision work can effectively alleviate the patient's psychological pressure,maximum help patients relieve their bad mood,and effectively promoted in the operating room nursing staff subjective initiative,the nursing quality was improved,obtained the better medical treatment experience,is worth popularization and application in clinic.
