摘要
以不同体积密度泡沫混凝土为研究对象,采用X射线断层扫描技术,三维重构得到泡沫混凝土的细观孔隙结构,结合有限元数值模拟,建立了泡沫混凝土的有限元网格化模型,通过数值模拟研究了其传热行为,预测其导热系数,并与传统模型进行了对比。结果表明:三维重构技术结合有限元数值模拟预测的导热系数与实测值高度一致,平均相对误差低至0.25%,较传统模型更精准。
Based on the foam concrete with different densities,the mesoscopic pore structure of foamed concrete was obtained by X-ray tomography and three-dimensional reconstruction.Combined with finite element numerical simulation,a finite element mesh model of foamed concrete was established,the heat transfer behavior and thermal conductivity were predicted by numerical simulation technology,and compared with the traditional models.The results show that the predicted thermal conductivity values by 3D reconstruction technique combined with FEM numerical simulation are highly consistent with the measured values,and the average relative error is low to 0.25%,which is more accurate than the traditional models.
