摘要
采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)和二苯基次膦酰氯(DPPC)合成了具有粘结和阻燃功能的磷酸化聚乙烯亚胺(P-PEI),然后与可膨胀石墨(EG)进行充分混合。将混合物P-PEI/EG均匀涂覆在聚氨酯软泡(FPUF)的表面,然后进行燃烧性能测试。结果表明,在燃烧性能测试过程中,FPUF/P-PEI/EG的燃烧性能明显优于FPUF、FPUF/PEI、FPUF/PEI/EG;FPUF/P-PEI/EG的极限氧指数(LOI)达30.1%,在开放性燃烧测试和水平燃烧测试中离火后自熄,在锥形量热测试中热释放速率峰值降低了81.4%。
A phosphorylated polyethyleneimine(P-PEI)with bonding and flame retardancy was synthesized by PEI and DPPC,and then fully mixed with expandable graphite(EG).The mixture P-PEI/EG was uniformly coated on the surface of polyurethane flexible foam(FPUF)and the combustion performance test was carried out.During the combustion performance test,it is shown that the combustion performance of FPUF/P-PEI/EG was significantly better than that of FPUF,FPUF/PEI and FPUF/PEI/EG.The limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the prepared FPUF/P-PEI/EG sample reached 30.1%,and was not ignited in both open flame test and horizontal combustion test.During the cone calorimetry test,the peak heat release rate of the sample decreased by 81.4%compared with FPUF/PEI/EG,which showed a good flame retardancy.
