干混砂浆的碳减排途径

摘要 根据某干混砂浆企业的生产实际数据及其在碳减排方面的前期研究与实施结果,结合相关文献资料及我国干混砂浆行业的统计数据,对干混砂浆的碳排放情况及碳减排途径进行了研究。以全生命周期进行计算,水泥基普通砂浆、水泥基特种砂浆、耐水腻子、抹灰石膏的碳排放分别为141、297、274、126 kgCO_(2)/t;其主要来源分别为水泥(65%)、水泥(74%)、灰钙(71%)、建筑石膏及其运输(49%)。干混砂浆生产及运输过程的碳排放较少,其中,普通砂浆约为12.5 kgCO_(2)/t,特种砂浆约为20 kgCO_(2)/t;2020年我国干混砂浆行业的碳排放量约为290万t。综合采用多种碳减排措施后,该干混砂浆企业2020年的碳减排量约为10万t。使用大宗固废配制产品并薄层施工,是干混砂浆行业碳减排的良好途径。 It is researched on the carbon dioxide emission and carbon reduction pathway of dry-mixed mortars,by researching the actual production data of a dry mixed mortar factory and its preliminary research and implementation results in carbon emission reduction,combining with relevant literature as well as statistics of Chinese dry-mixed industry.The carbon dioxide emissions of ordinary cementious dry-mixed mortars,special cementious dry-mixed mortars,water-resistant putty and plastering gypsum is respectively 141,297,274,and 126 kgCO_(2)/t by life-circle assessments,and the main factors is respectively cement(65%),cement(74%),calcium hydroxide(71%),building plaster and its transportation(49%).The carbon dioxide emissions of dry-mixed mortars production and its transportation is small;as for ordinary and special dry-mixed mortars it is respectively about 12.5 and 20 kgCO_(2)/t.The carbon dioxide emissions of Chinese dry-mixed mortars industry in 2020 is about 2.9 million tons.Annual carbon dioxide emission reduction of this dry-mixed mortars factory is about 100000 tons in 2020 by adopting a variety of carbon reduction pathway.The carbon dioxide emissions of dry-mixed mortars could be significantly reduced by using solid wastes and thin layer construction.
