玉米出籽率相关性状的QTL初定位分析

摘要 为探究玉米出籽率、单穗质量和单穗粒质量性状的QTL,以优良自交系KA105与KB020构建的201个重组自交系(RILs)群体为材料,通过榆林和汉中两地2个重复的田间试验,利用完备区间作图法对玉米出籽率、单穗质量和单穗粒质量性状进行QTL分析。结果表明,3个性状共检测到10个QTL位点,其中出籽率定位到5个QTL,单穗质量定位到2个QTL,单穗粒质量定位到3个QTL,分别位于1、2、5、6、9和10号染色体上,单个QTL可解释5.92%~13.50%的表型变异。位于1号和6号染色体上的QTL在3个性状中均能检测到,可能是一因多效基因,其中位于6号染色体的QTL在3个性状中均能解释大于10.00%的表型变异,因此下一步研究可重点关注该区域。 In order to explore the QTLs of the kernel ratio(KR),single ear mass(EW)and kernel mass per ear(KWE)in maize,201 F5:6 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)obtained from KA105 and K B020 were taken as materials,based on two repeated field experiments in Yulin and Hanzhong,KR,EW and KWE were analyzed by using inclusive composite interval mapping method in IciMapping4.2 software.The results showed that a total of ten QTLs was detected,among them,five is for KR,two for EW and three for KWE.Ten QTLs were distributed on chromosome 1,2,5,6,9 and 10,respectively.These QTLs could explain phenotypic variation from 5.92%to 13.50%.Meanwhile,the QTLs on chromosome 1 and 6 could be detected in all three traits,which may be a pleiotropic locus.The QTLs on chromosome 6 could explain the phenotypic variation greater than 10.00%in all three traits.Therefore,future research should focuse on this region.
