大数据技术在工程项目管理中的应用

摘要 针对当前工程管理行业所面临的转型挑战,大数据技术的应用不仅能提高工程施工效率和企业管理能力,而且是整个产业升级和转型的关键支撑。当前,工程项目管理中存在的问题是工程数据得不到合理利用、缺乏工程与数据的复合型人才、缺乏适用工程管理的大数据方法论和技术支持。文章以建筑信息模型(BIM)与大数据技术的融合为例,有针对性地提出切实有效的解决方案,企业要建立大数据化的信息管理系统,通过程序对各个部门、各个环节产生的海量数据进行全天候、全自动的数据收集、记录和核验;完善人才培养机制,引导业内人员增强信息化意识;增加科研资金投入,提供必要的软件硬件保障,促进大数据技术与工程管理的和谐发展。 In response to the transformation challenges faced by the engineering management,the application of big data technology not only optimizes efficiency and improves enterprises'management capabilities,but is also a key in the upgrading and transformation of the entire industry.The problems in project management are the lack of reasonable use of engineering data,the lack ofqualified personnel in engineering and big data,and the lack of methodology and technical support to engineering management.With an example about the integration of building information model(BIM)and big data computing,this paper puts forward practical and effective solutions.Enterprises should establish a data-based information management system,and carry out automatic data collection recording the massive data generated by various departments and links through the program,improve the personnel training mechanism,and guide the personnel to enhance the awareness of information technology,increase the investment in scientific research funds to provide the software and hardware,and promote the harmonious development of big data technology and engineering management.
