摘要
为探讨高层智慧楼宇的弱电智能化设计方案,文章以华融湘江银行营业用房项目建筑智能化工程案例,对其中关键部分的设计内容进行研究,包括IBMS管理平台设计、楼宇自控系统设计、综合布线及计算机网络系统设计、门禁访客系统设计、机房工程以及绿色节能功能设计等,并针对设计过程中面临的技术重难点问题进行说明且提出解决方案,旨在为同类型工程提供技术参考。
In order to discuss the weak current intelligent design scheme of high-rise intelligent buildings,this paper analyzes the design contents of key parts,including IBMS management platform design,building automation system design,generic cabling and computer network system design,access control visitor system design,computer room engineering and green energy-saving function design,combined with the case of the building intelligent project of Huarong Xiangjiang Bank business building project.It also explains the key and difficult technical problems in the design process and puts forward solutions,hoping to provide technical reference for similar projects.
