国外整合型医疗研究:演变、进展与启示

Integrated Care Research in Foreign Countries:Evolution,Progress and Enlightenment

整合型医疗的研究经历了从被忽视的策略成为共识性战略、从单维度定义到多维度定义的过程;其理论原则日益系统化,服务对象、整合类型、整合方向和整合深度共同构成了理论研究的关键要素。借鉴国外研究进展,我国整合型医疗研究在理论上应强化对国际经验的总结,在实践上应从聚焦于组织整合转向兼顾多维度整合,在组织整合中重视规范整合,实现医疗系统和社会系统整合,并建立科学的整合评估反馈机制。

The research on integrative medicine has gone through a process from a neglected strategy to a consensus strategy,from a single-dimensional definition to a multi-dimensional definition.Its theoretical principles are increasingly systematic,and the service object,integration type,integration direction and integration depth together constitute the key elements of theoretical research.Learning from foreign research progress,China’s integrated medical research should strengthen the summary of international experience in theory,and in practice should shift from focusing on organizational integration to taking into account multi-dimensional integration,and establish a scientific integrated evaluation feedback mechanism.
