心力衰竭患者舒缓疗护体验及需求质性研究的Meta整合

Meta integration of palliative care experience and needs qualitative research on patients with heart failure

目的系统总结心力衰竭患者的舒缓疗护体验,为构建中国特色的心力衰竭舒缓疗护模式提供依据。方法检索Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、维普数据库从建库至2021年8月30日收录的关于心力衰竭患者舒缓疗护体验的质性研究。采用澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,并用Meta整合方法进行整合。结果共纳入9项研究,提炼出35个研究结果,形成7个新类别,汇总成2个整合结果:心力衰竭患者对舒缓疗护的感知和理解;心力衰竭患者对舒缓疗护的需求。结论心力衰竭患者普遍对舒缓疗护认知不足且存在多方面需求。我们应在提高其认知水平、了解其真实感受的基础上,完善专业舒缓疗护团队,构建符合其需求的中国特色舒缓疗护模式。

Objective To systematically summarize the experience of palliative care for patients with heart failureand and provide a basis for medical staff to build a palliative care model of heart failure with Chinese characteristics. Methods The Cochrane Library, CINAHL,PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang, and VIP database were searched for qualitative research on palliative care of patients with heart failure from the establishment of the database to August 30, 2021.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute’s Evidence-Based Health Care Center qualitative research quality evaluation standards in Australia, and Meta synthesis method was used for integration.Results A total of 9 studies were included, 35 findings were extracted to form 7 new categories,which were summarized into 2 synthesis results: heart failure patients’ perception and understanding of palliative care;heart failure patients’ demand for palliative care. Conclusion Patients with heart failure generally have insufficient knowledge of palliative care and have many needs.We should improve the professional palliative care team on the basis of improving their cognition and understanding their true feelings and build a palliative care model with Chinese characteristics that meets their needs.
