新建区畜禽养殖污染防治现状分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on the Current Situation of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Pollution Prevention in Xinjian District

为保护农村生态环境,减少畜禽养殖污染,提出有效的防治措施,通过对新建区规模化畜禽养殖污染物排放量测算和造成的原因进行分析后发现,2020年全区规模化畜养殖业化学需氧量(COD)排放量为46367.59 t,氨氮排放量为981.57 t。经调查分析发现,由于缺乏必要的引导和规划,没有实行分区分类管理,畜禽养殖业布局不合理、种养脱节,加之部分畜禽养殖污染防治设施配套不到位,畜禽粪便、污水等废弃物得不到有效处理,导致环境污染,制约了畜禽养殖业的可持续发展。因此,加强污染防治,采取种养结合、农牧循环是实现畜禽养殖业可持续发展的重要途径。

In order to preserve the ecological environment of rural areas and lessen the amount of pollution caused by livestock and poultry production,it is necessary to propose and implement efficient preventative and control measures.Through the large-scale livestock and poultry breeding pollutant emissions measured and caused by the analysis of the causes,it was determined that the emission of the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the livestock and poultry breeding of the large-scale cultivation of the entire district was 46367.59 t,and the ammonia nitrogen emission was 981.57 t in 2020.It was discovered after investigation analysis that due to lack of necessary guidance and planning,the zoning classified management was not implemented,with unreasonable livestock and poultry breeding layout,the disconnect of breeding and raising.In addition,some of the supporting facilities for prevention and control of the livestock and poultry breeding pollution were not in place,with the ineffective treatment of the pollutants like the excrements of livestocks,waste water and so on,causing environmental pollution,so that the sustainable development of the livestock and poultry breeding was restricted.Therefore,it is an important channel to achieve sustainable development for intensifying pollution prevention and adopting the combination of breeding and raising,as well as agriculture and animal husbandry cycle.
