市政污泥处理与资源化利用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 为解决市政污泥处理问题,我国主要采取了污泥直接填埋、焚烧处置等处置方式,好氧发酵与厌氧消化、热解气化等处理方式。为了解决传统技术相对落后,处理量小、资源利用率低、且易产生二次污染,新兴技术成本较高、且部分核心技术还未能完全掌握等处理现状;同时实现节能减排、发展循环经济、实现我国可持续发展战略目标,做到污泥减量化、能源化、无害化、资源化处理。我国应加大对污泥资源化处理技术与应用的研究力度和强度:(1)完善相关政策,加强监管力度;(2)加强污泥高值高效技术研发;(3)加强专业人才的培养;(4)保护环境,防止二次污染。对我国市政污泥未来的研究方向做出了展望。 The municipal sludge treatment problem needs to be better solved.In the past,the disposal methods of sludge direct landfill,incineration,aerobic fermentation,anaerobic digestion,pyrolysis gasification and other treatment methods were mainly adopted in China.If you want to completely solve the traditional technology is relatively backward,small processing capacity,low resource utilization,and easy to produce secondary pollution;And the high cost of emerging technologies,and some core technologies have not been fully mastered,and so on.At the same time,achieving energy saving and emission reduction,developing circular economy,achieving the strategic goal of sustainable development in our country,and reduce sludge,energy,harmless and resource-based processing.The research intensity and application of sludge recycling treatment technology should be increased in China:(1)perfecting related policies and strengthening supervision;(2)Strengthen the research and development of high-value and efficient sludge technology;(3)Strengthening the training of professional talents;(4)Protect the environment and prevent secondary pollution.The future research direction of municipal sludge in China is looked forward.
