以金融科技为核心的新金融形态的内涵:界定、辨析与演进

在科技革命和产业变革的推动下,金融与科技加速融合渗透,逐渐产生了互联网金融、金融科技和数字金融等新金融业态以及科技金融形态,其中尤以金融科技的发展较为火热。2016年以来,金融科技的快速发展促使相关领域的研究大量涌现,然而研读文献发现,尚存在对金融科技等新金融形态的认识不清晰、概念被误用以及与其他概念混用等情况,不利于树立金融科技领域良好的研究导向,也可能给实践发展带来一定误导。基于此,在分析金融科技的内涵、特征及演进历程的基础上,界定和阐释了互联网金融、数字金融和科技金融等与金融科技易混淆的几个概念,以期增进对金融科技等新金融形态的认识,为学术研究和相关领域的实践发展提供一定的参考。

Driven by the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the integration and penetration of finance and technology has accelerated, and new financial forms and science and technology finance forms such as Internet finance, financial technology(Fintech) and digital finance have gradually emerged, especially the development of Fintech.Since 2016, the rapid development of Fintech has prompted large numbers of research in related fields. However, it is found that there is still unclear understanding of new financial forms such as Fintech, misuse of concepts and mixing with other concepts, which is not conducive to establishing a good research orientation in the field of Fintech, and may also mislead the practical development. On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics and evolution of Fintech, this paper respectively defines and explains several concepts that are easily confused with Fintech, such as internet finance, digital finance and science and technology finance. We hope this will enhance the understanding of Fintech and other new financial forms, and provide certain reference for academic research and practical development in related fields.
