体育综合评价中赋权的合理性评价

Rational evaluation of weighting in the sports comprehensive evaluation

在体育科研中,给评价指标赋权是综合评价的重要组成部分,但赋权的合理性究竟如何、怎样赋权才是合理的,至今尚没有评价标准。研究从理论上探讨权重系数的3个要素,分析综合评价中的3种权重关系,在此基础上剖析赋权的基本过程,进而给出赋权的合理性评价标准,即权重系统明确、权重关系把握准确、信息收集合理、信息提取恰当。根据该评价标准,指出体育综合评价中赋权的4类典型问题,即目标因素不明确、权重关系模糊、信息收集没有针对性、信息提取与权重关系不符。

In the sports scientific research,weighting evaluation indicators is an important part of comprehensive evaluation,but what is the rationality of weighting in the sports comprehensive evaluation,and how weighting is reasonable,there is no evaluation standard yet.This paper discusses the three elements of the weight coefficient theoretically,analyzes the three weight relationships in the comprehensive evaluation,and then analyzes the basic process of weighting,and gives the evaluation criteria of the rationality of weighting:the weight system being clear;the weight relationship being accurate;the collection of information being reasonable;the extraction of information being appropriate.According to this evaluation standards,four typical problems of weighting in sports comprehensive evaluation are pointed out,namely the target factor is not clear,the weight relationship is fuzzy;the information collection is not targeted,and the extraction of information does not match the weight relationship.
