常态化疫情防控下学校体育促进青少年健康发展方略研究

A study on the strategy of promoting adolescent healthy development under the condition of normal epidemic prevention and control

对常态化疫情防控下学校体育促进青少年健康发展方略进行探讨。研究认为:第一,强化双线混融,以体能训练、健康知识、体育价值认知为线上体育重点内容,以居家锻炼、云运动会为纽带,强化家校协同、线上线下混合互动;第二,发展课内体育,树立运动健体慧脑的理念,编写课内体育校本教材,制定政策保障课内体育实施;第三,促进体育课程一体化,纵向衔接保障运动技能有序提升,横向联合打造校园品牌体育赛事。通过以上方略,促进青少年强体能、会运动、熟技能、能参赛,进而促进青少年健康发展。

This paper examines the strategy of promoting adolescent healthy development by school physical education under the condition of normal epidemic prevention and control.The results show that at first,strengthening the double-line integration,taking physical training,health knowledge and sports value cognition as the key content of online sports,taking home exercise and cloud sports meeting as the link,and strengthening the cooperation between home and school and the mixed interaction between online and offline course;secondly,developing in-class physical education,setting up the idea of exercising to keep fit and improve the brain,compiling school-based teaching materials for in-class physical education,and formulating policies to ensure the implementation of in-class physical education;thirdly,promoting the integration of physical education curriculum,vertically linking up to ensure the orderly improvement of sports skills,and horizontally unite to build campus brand sports events.Through the above strategies,the teenagers'strong physical fitness,sports,skills and participation can be promoted well,and then naturally promote their healthy development.
