The function of civil procuratorial support for prosecution is an important part of the legal supervision function of procuratorial organs,a necessary means for procuratorial organs to protect public welfare on behalf of the state,and an effective way for procuratorial organs to participate in social governance.Judging from the current legislative situation,the relevant provisions of civil procuratorial support for prosecution are all in principle,but a specific and complete normative system has not yet been formed.However,judging from the judicial practice in recent years,procuratorial organs nationwide have achieved fruitful results in civil support for prosecution,and have played an irreplaceable and important role in protecting the rights and interests of special groups.These beneficial practices provide experience accumulation and empirical basis for the development and improvement of the civil procuratorial support system for prosecution.Based on the theoretical basis of the civil procuratorial support system for prosecution,analyze the current situation of institutional construction and judicial practice,and then put forward the focus of institutional improvement from three aspects:incorporation into legislation,system positioning and specific performance of functions,to further standardize and improve the civil procuratorial support system for prosecution,and make it more functional in judicial practice.
