师范专业认证下的“双导师制”实践教学模式探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 在教育部推行师范专业认证制度的背景下,“双导师制”实践教学的构建对于提升师范生的教学技能,提升高校人才培养质量以达到师范专业认证标准发挥着至关重要的作用。然而地方本科院校的“双导师制”实践教学在教学设计、导师遴选和管理、教育实践评价等方面尚存在一些问题。要充分发挥“双导师制”实践教学的功能,就需要加强教育见习、教育研习与教育实习三个阶段的实践教学模式构建,优化实践教学内容与时间,确保实践教学规范化,还需要完善实践教学评价和激励制度,提升人才培养质量。 Under the background that the Ministry of Education carries out the certification system for teachers'major,the construction of the practice teaching of Double Tutorial System plays a vital role in improving the teaching skills of normal university students and enhancing the quality of college personnel training to meet the certification standards for the teachers'major.However,there are still some problems in teaching design,selection and management of tutors,and evaluation of educational practice in local universities.In order to give full play to the function of Double Tutorial System,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of practice teaching mode in three stages,namely,education probation,education study and education practice,optimize the content and time of practice teaching,ensure the standardization of practice teaching,improve the evaluation and incentive system of practice teaching,and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
