Reflection and Construction of Talent Training Mode of Higher Vocational Normal Majors under the Background of National Examination of Teacher Qualification

摘要 通过分析教师资格考试制度背景下高职师范专业面对的挑战,提出人才培养模式改革优化的途径,如课程设置和课程结构的调整、课程内容的完善、教学方法和手段的改进、教育实践环节的强化、课程评价的改革,最终使师范专业适应国考背景下师范人才培养的需要。 Based on the analysis of the challenges faced by higher vocational normal education under the background of teacher qualification examination system, this paper puts forward the ways to reform and optimize the talent training mode, suchas the adjustment of curriculum setting and curriculum structure, the improvement of curriculum content, the improvement of teaching methods and means, the strengthening of educational practice, and the reform of curriculum evaluation. Thus, it makes the normal major adapt to the needs of normal talents training under the background of national examination.
