摘要 随着目前全球大融合格局的不断发展,中国与西方的思想文化与意识形态在不同的层面上产生了激烈的碰撞。在近几年开始的全球疫情大背景下,抖音等视频软件的全球化流行,带来了全球性的中国文化热潮。也同时让更多的外国人看到了中国,了解了中国。然而,随着全球化步伐的加快,外宣翻译逐渐步入了我们的视野。如何让西方人群与媒体准确、及时、全面地了解中国,成为目前中国翻译亟待解决的当务之急。做好文化输出,展示中国自信,提升中国形象,是我们做外宣翻译时的准绳。该文将以《美丽中国》纪录片为例,浅谈中国传统文化外宣翻译中的难点与解决策略。 As the current pattern of global integration continues to develop, Chinese and Western ideas, cultures and ideologies are colliding fiercely at different levels. In the context of the global epidemic that began a few years ago,with the globalized popularity of video software such as Tiktok, a global Chinese cultural boom has been brought about.It has also simultaneously allowed more foreigners to see and understand China. However, as the pace of globalization accelerates, external publicity translation gradually steps into our view. How to make Western people and media understand China accurately, timely and comprehensively has become an urgent task for Chinese translators to solve. To do a good job of cultural output, to show China’s self-confidence and to enhance China’s image is our guideline when we do cultural external publicity translation. In this paper, we will take the documentary Wild China as an example, and discuss the difficulties and solutions in its translation.
