作为游子,人们总是期盼家的温暖。物理距离难以跨越,心与心的距离却从未遥远。民宿,由最简单的“分游客一个房间”发展到如今行业规模庞大,追根溯源,是许多人对家的眷恋。民宿出现时间晚、行业门槛低,尚未形成完整的行业准则及价值规范,仍旧存在诸多问题。该研究以爱彼迎、小猪短租平台为样本平台,收集大量民宿数据,采用国内外对比分析对数据进行分析整合,从平台优势、劣势、机会、威胁4方面分析了目前民宿行业存在的问题和困境。基于以上分析,就行业监管、民宿基础设施配套、民宿定位、价格等方面提出建议。

As wanderers,we always look forward to the warmth of home.The physical distance is difficult to cross,but the distance between heart and heart has never been far away.Homestay has evolved from the simplest"one room for tourists"to the large scale of the industry today.Tracing back to the roots,it is the nostalgia of many people for home.Homestay appeared late,the industry threshold is low,and complete industry standards and value norms have not yet been formed,and there are still many problems.The research uses Airbnb and Xiaozhu short-term rental platform as sample platforms,collects a large amount of homestay data,uses domestic and foreign comparative analysis to analyze and integrate the data,and analyzes problems and dilemmas in the current homestay industry from four aspects of platform advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats.Based on the above analysis,suggestions are made on industry supervision,homestay infrastructure facilities,homestay positioning,and prices.
