目的论视域下博物馆“用户体验”实现路径探析——以南京博物院为例

摘要 网络的普及使博物馆行业在近十年获得了相对较快的发展,以南京博物院为代表的博物馆在这一阶段不断突破传统的发展模式,取得了“文物数字化”“展陈多元化”等重大成就。在谋求全方位发展的过程中,博物馆在提升其“用户体验”方面的工作仍有待进一步完善。该文旨在通过实地调研的方式,获取博物馆不同年龄阶段受众群体在“用户体验”方面的需求及问题,并对其进行数据分析,以期帮助博物馆更好地提升受众的用户体验。 The popularity of the Internet has enabled the museum industry to achieve relatively rapid development in recent dacades.Museums represented by the Nanjing Museum have continuously broken through the traditional development pattern at this stage.They have achieved digitalization of cultural relics,exhibit and display diversity,and other significant achievements.In seeking overall development,the museum’s work in improving its user experience needs to be further improved.This paper aims to obtain the needs and difficulties of different aged audience groups in their user experiences of the museum through field research and data analysis to provide references for further improvement for the user experience of the museum.
