市场发展的多变、收入的不稳定、疫情的影响等因素使得导游对未来的职业规划略显迷茫,流失率居高不下。文旅融合的背景下,对导游提出更高要求的同时,也提供了新的机遇。该文首先分析导游职业发展的困境所在,再从政府、社会、市场等多个层面分析其为导游的职业发展提供的保障体系,最后提出,基于文旅融合的导游最需要从自身努力出发,结合当下的互联网+、家庭小包团、文化深度游等市场新需求,探索新的职业发展路径。

Factors such as volatile market development,unstable income,and the impact of the epidemic have made tour guides slightly confused about their future career plans,and the churn rate remains high.The proposal of the integration of culture and tourism not only puts forward higher requirements for tour guides,but also provides new opportunities.This paper first analyzes the predicament of the professional development of tour guides;then analyzes the guarantee system it provides for the professional development of tour guides from the government,society,market and other levels;finally,it is proposed that under the background of cultural and tourism integration,what tour guides need most is to start from their own efforts,and combine with the current market demands such as Internet+,family small package groups,cultural in-depth tours,etc.,in order to explore new career development paths.
