鲁迅与贝娄小说中知识分子群体共性研究

An Analysis on Similarities of Intellectuals in Lu Xun’s and Bellow’s Novels

鲁迅与贝娄是以塑造知识分子形象而闻名的20世纪著名作家,两位笔下的知识分子虽然烙上了不同的时代、社会、国家和文化的烙印,但都处于物质和(或)精神的困顿之境,都孜孜以求地追寻价值和理想。更难能可贵的是,他们都秉持共同体观念,都怀揣着对本民族或者全人类前景的美好憧憬,并为之付出实际行动。该文通过对两位作家笔下的知识分子群体进行比较,分析他们的共性,并探寻背后的因素,从而更深刻了解两位作家审视的行动、反思的态度和入世的精神。

Both Lu Xun and Bellow were great writers who created numerous intellectual images in their novel in the 20th century. The two groups of intellectuals lived in two different countries and cultures in different times, but among those vast differences, it is still noticeable that they had at least three things in common. First, they encountered great material and/or spiritual difficulty. Second they were able to maintain their pursuit of true values and ideals.Third, they shared a concept of community and a vision for a shared future. Through comparison and analysis, it is expected that Lu Xun’s and Bellow’s reflection and exploration concerning social issues will be better understood by people nowadays.
