Research on Strategies of Improving Librarians’ Service Ability in Universities in the New Era

随着我国发展的新变革和调整,教育也进入了新时代,并且要求学校全面加强和改进各项事业。作为学校信息资源中心和高校师生学习实践的重要平台,高校图书馆员的服务能力在新时代背景下也愈发重要。该文首先从收藏模式、管理方式和服务工作对新时代下高校图书馆特点进行了分析;随后从组织视角和用户视角阐述了图书馆员服务能力的内涵;最后重点对新时代背景下高校图书馆员的服务能力的提高策略提出了参考建议。

With the new reform and adjustment of China’s development, education has also entered a new era, requiring schools to comprehensively strengthen and improve various undertakings. As the school information resource center and an important platform for the learning and practice of college teachers and students, the service ability of college librarians is becoming more and more important in the new era. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of university libraries in the new era from the collection mode, management mode and service work. Then it expounds the connotation of librarians’ service ability from the perspective of organization and users. Finally, it puts forward reference suggestions on the strategies to improve the service ability of university librarians under the background of the new era.
