海外留学归国人员文化再适应的质化研究

A Qualitative Study on the Cultural Readaptation of Returned Overseas Students

该文旨在了解海外留学归国人员文化的再适应,通过质化研究,根据每个人不同的特点,来了解和发现他们归国之后在工作和生活上的文化再适应经历。为此,该文对留学于不同国家的8名归国人员进行了深度访谈,同时进行资料收集,并采用个案研究方法进行分析。分析结果最终指向两大主题:“国内环境适应过程”和“逆文化适应的影响因素”。以期为研究留学归国人员在国内的工作和生活适应情况提供一个可靠的参考依据,并为今后留学归国人员重新适应国内的生活,以及制定和研发相关对策方案提供有力参考。

The study aims to explore the readaptation of returned overseas students through qualitative research,which resorts to individual experiences to understand how they adapt to their work and life after returning to China. To this end, the paper conducted a case study on eight returnees formerly studied in different countries to collect relevant data through in-depth interviews. The results led to two major themes: the process of adaptation in the home country and the factors influencing reverse acculturation. This study provides a reliable reference for understanding the readaptation of returned overseas students in their work and life, and it serves as a solid basis for developing relevant countermeasures and programs to help future returnees in their readaptation.
