后脱贫时代民族地区推广普通话助力乡村振兴效果分析——以凉山彝族自治州为例

Analysis on the Effect of Promoting Mandarin in Ethnic Areas to Help Rural Revitalization in the Post Poverty Alleviation Era——Taking Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as an Example

随着全面脱贫的完成,脱贫工作进入后脱贫时代新时期,任务重心调整为巩固脱贫攻坚成果、保证脱贫不返贫,实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接。之前推普是脱贫攻坚重要任务之一,现在是助力乡村振兴的重要一环。基于此,该文通过对凉山彝族自治州美姑县地区进行关于“巩固脱贫成果,持续推普推动乡村振兴”的实地调研,了解当地普通话推广的成效,从而进一步分析少数民族地区推广普通话的基本现状以及当下推普助力乡村振兴存在的问题与不足。

With the completion of comprehensive poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation has entered a new era of post poverty alleviation.The focus of the task is adjusted to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,ensure that poverty alleviation does not return to poverty,and realize the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Popularizing was one of the important tasks of poverty alleviation before,and now it is an important part to help rural revitalization.Based on this,through the field investigation of Meigu County,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture on "consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and continuously popularizing to promote rural revitalization",this paper understands the effectiveness of local Mandarin promotion,so as to further analyze the basic situation of Mandarin promotion in ethnic minority areas and the existing problems and deficiencies of it to help rural revitalization.
