当今社会语言与文化教育之我见——基于美国《21世纪外语学习标准》的再理解

My Opinion on Language and Cultural Education in Today’s Society——Reunderstanding Based on Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century in America

摘要 该文对美国《21世纪外语学习标准》(以下简称《标准》)的“5C”目标进行了知识体系和教育理念上的再次梳理,强调了《标准》中语言与文化教学关系的理念对于国际中文教育学科建设以及相关标准制定的借鉴意义。就《标准》的相关内容对当今教育中知识与文化的关系展开了新的思考,认为语言与文化教学相互依存、相互促进,不可独立展开,并且在第二语言教学中,提升本民族文化的素养与深化目的语国家文化的理解同等重要。 This paper combs the "5C" goal of Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century(hereinafter referred to as Standards) again in terms of knowledge system and educational concept, and emphasizes the reference significance of the concept of the relationship between languages and culture teaching in Standards for the discipline construction of international Chinese education and the formulation of relevant standards. Based on the relevant contents of Standard, this paper makes a new reflection on the relationship between knowledge and culture in today’s education, and holds that language and culture teaching are interdependent and mutually reinforcing, which can not be carried out independently, and in the second language teaching, improving the literacy of our national culture is as important as deepening the understanding of the target language countries’ s culture.
