不可移动文物的保护现状与对策研究——以铜陵市枞阳县为例

Research on the Protection Status and Countermeasures of Immovable Cultural Relics——A Case Study of Zongyang County, Tongling City

不可移动文物意思是该文物通常情况下其地理位置不可以移动,包含两个方面的含义:一是文物本身不可以移动;二是该文物已经与周围环境融合在一起构成了独特的风貌而不可以移动。不可移动文物作为历史遗存财富,是一个民族在特定的历史时期和文化背景下经济社会发展的见证。该文以铜陵市枞阳县不可移动文物作为研究对象,选取望龙庵、渡江战役中线指挥部旧址、何氏家庙三处文物,研究其保护现状及存在的问题。研究结果表明,经费保障不充分、保护意识较淡薄、专业人才数量少是不可移动文物保护工作中的三大突出问题。针对以上问题,建议上级有关部门从完善经费保障、加大宣传力度、加强人才建设、借鉴先进经验等方面入手,做好当地不可移动文物的保护工作。

Immovable cultural relics refer to the cultural relics whose geographical location can not be moved under normal circumstances, including two meanings. First, the cultural relics can not be moved. Second, the cultural relic has been integrated with the surrounding environment to form a unique style and can not be moved. As a historical heritage wealth, immovable cultural relics are the witness of a nation’s economic and social development in a specific historical period and cultural background. Taking the immovable cultural relics in Zongyang County, Tongling City as the research object, this paper selects three cultural relics: Wanglong Nunnery, the former site of the central line headquarters of the River-crossing Campaign and He Family Temple to study their protection status and existing problems.The results show that inadequate funding, weak awareness of protection and a small number of professionals are the three prominent problems in the protection of immovable cultural relics. In view of the above problems, it is suggested that the relevant departments at higher levels should do a good job in the protection of local immovable cultural relics from four aspects: improving fund guarantee, strengthening publicity, strengthening talent construction and learning from advanced experience.
