文化润疆工程是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在新疆的具体实践,是新时代党的治疆方略的重要落实。作为文化事业的重要组成部分,出版业具有不可替代的文化传播、引领和沁润功能,文化润疆出版物更是在当前新疆文化建设中发挥着重要作用。在文化润疆工程认知方面,多数乌鲁木齐居民了解程度较高但参与度较低;在文化润疆出版物方面,乌鲁木齐居民阅读情况普遍不佳。文章认为,加大对书店的财政支持以及尽快出台《文化润疆工程实施细则》是贯彻落实文化润疆方略的有效途径。

As an important part of cultural undertakings, the publishing industry has irreplaceable functions of cultural dissemination, guidance and refreshing. Cultural publications play an important role in the current cultural construction of Xinjiang. In terms of the cognition of moistening Xinjiang with culture, most Urumqi residents have a good understanding but low participation. In terms of cultural publications, the reading situation of Urumqi residents is generally poor. The article believes that increasing financial support for bookstores and issuing Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Moistening Xinjiang with Culture as soon as possible are effective ways to implement the general strategy of moistening Xinjiang with culture.
