基于“思政文化”融入一体化教学的护生职业素养提升研究——以《外科护理学》实验-见习-实习一体化教学为例

Research on the Improvement of Professionalism of College Nursing Students based on the Integration of "Ideological and Political Culture" into the Integrated Teaching——Take Surgical Nursing Integrated Teaching of Experiment,Apprenticeship and Internship

目的 探讨课程思政文化教学改革在中医院校外科护理学实验-见习-实习一体化教学中的应用效果。方法 采用目的抽样法选取5名护理学专业的在读大四护生进行半结构化访谈。评价课程思政文化教学改革在《外科护理学》实验-见习-实习一体化教学中的应用效果。结果 护生认为将课程思政文化融入《外科护理学》实验-见习-实习一体化教学能提升本科护生思想素质、心理素质、爱伤观念;能培养护生良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神,评判性思维能力,能提高自身自主学习和分析问题、解决问题的能力,身体素质、业务技能也能得到锻炼。结论 中医院校《外科护理学》实施以课程思政文化教学为导向的实验-见习-实习一体化教学能激发护生学习兴趣,有效提高护生职业素养。教学部门应高度重视护生教学培训效果,加强素质培养,应采取积极措施提高其学习、工作热情,并重视优质护理培训,使护生尽快适应临床工作环境,提升其适应临床护理工作的能力。

Objective To explore application effect of ideological and political teaching reform in the integrated teaching of experiment,apprenticeship-internship of surgical nursing in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.Methods Objective sampling method was used to select 5 senior nursing students majoring in nursing to conduct semi-structured interviews.To evaluate application effect of ideological and political teaching reform in the integrated teaching of experiment,apprenticeship-internship in Surgical Nursing. Results Nursing students decided course education will incorporated into the Surgical Nursing experimental,apprenticeship-internship,promoted undergraduate nursing students thought quality,psychological quality,the concept of love injury,the critical thinking ability,cultivated nursing students communication ability and team cooperation spirit,love concept,can improve their autonomous learning and analysis problem,problem-solving ability,physical quality and business skills but also exercise.Conclusion The implementation of integrated experimental,apprenticeship-internship teaching of Surgical Nursing in TCM colleges and universities, which is oriented to the teaching of curriculum thinking and culture,can stimulate nursing students’ learning interest and improve their professionalism. The departments should attach great importance to teaching and training effect of nursing students,strengthen the quality cultivation,take measures to improve their learning and working enthusiasm and pay attention to quality nursing training,further make nursing students adapt to the clinical working environment as soon as possible,improve the ability of nursing students to adapt to clinical nursing work.
