福州长乐机场420架次国际客运航班新冠病毒肺炎输入风险分析

Imported risk analysis of COVID-19 on 420 international passenger flights in Fuzhou Changle airport

摘要 目的 通过分析福州入境国际客运航班的风险因素,为完善COVID-19境外输入疫情防控策略提供科学依据。方法 收集2020-03-09/2021-07-31福州长乐机场入境的420架国际客运航班新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情相关数据采用SPSS 26.0软件进行χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析,检验水准为0.05。结果 2020-03-09/2021-07-31福州市累计报告境外输入279例COVID-19确诊病例和无症状感染者,其中乘国际客运航班从福州入境258例。期间从福州入境420架次航班,其中报告病例的航班有131架次。航班涉及16个国家及地区,病例来源12个国家及地区。来源国每百万人新增病例数(近7 d平均)(OR=1.056,P<0.001)、即时检测阳性率(OR=57.07,P=0.006)和航班机型座位数(χ^(2)=59.524,P<0.001)与航班发现病例的风险呈正相关,检测人数(P<0.001)、政策(OR=1.021,P=0.003)均与航班发现病例的风险存在关联,每百人接种疫苗人数与航班发现病例的风险无统计学意义关联(P=0.994)。结论 开通国际客运航线前,应将来源国近期的发病情况和检测阳性率作为重要的参考指标,优先考虑已彻底开展检测工作的国家。风险评估时应考虑航班来源国国际旅行政策,严格落实客座率要求和航班熔断机制。 Objective To provide a scientific basis for refining outbreak control strategies for importation outside COVID-19 by analyzing risk factors for incoming international passenger flight in Fuzhou.Methods The data of COVID-19 epidemic situation of 420 international passenger flight from Fuzhou Changle Airport between March 9,2020 and July 31,2021 were collected and analyzed.Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used by SPSS 26.0 software.The test level was 0.05.Results A total of 279 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and asymptomatic infections were reported from 420 international passenger flight entering Fuzhou Changle airport from March 9,2020 to July 31,2021,which including 258 cases from Fuzhou by international passenger flight.During this period,there was 420 flight from Fuzhou,of which 131 flight reported cases.The flight involved 16 countries and regions,and the cases came from 12 countries and regions.In the source country,new confirmed COVID-19 cases per million people(7-day rolling average)(OR=1.056,P<0.001),the positive rate of instant detection(OR=57.07,P=0.006) and the seat number of flight type (χ^(2)=59.524,P<0.001) were positively correlated with the risk of flight finding cases.The number of people tested(P<0.001) and the policies(OR=1.021,P=0.003)were linked to the risk of flight finding cases.COVID-19 vaccine doses administered per 100people was not statistically associated with the risk of flight finding cases(P=0.994).Conclusions Before opening an international passenger ship route,the recent incidence and test positive rate in the source country should be considered as important reference indicators,with priority given to countries that have done testing thoroughly.Risk assessment should take into account the country of flight origin’s international travel policy,strict implementation of guest rate requirements,and flight fusing mechanisms.
