粤港澳大湾区职业教育高地建设初探--以深圳市为例

国家积极推动职业教育高质量发展,在深圳等地创建职业教育创新发展高地。职教高地的内涵是支撑职业教育高质量发展的高水平物质、制度、文化条件及相应的运行机制,最根本的衡量指标是人才培养质量。深圳作为粤港澳大湾区核心引擎城市,具有推动职教高地建设的特殊资源禀赋,要针对高层次技术技能人才供给、缓解社会教育焦虑、更有效服务港澳等问题,充分发挥政府统筹发展的能力强、产业教育科技融合紧密、教育改革创新力度大等优势,在新教育实践中贯彻新发展理念,努力打造中国职业教育的一张世界级“名片”。

The state actively promotes the high-quality development of vocational education and sets up highlands for innovative development of vocational education in Shenzhen and other cities.The connotation of the highland of vocational education is the high-level material,institutional and cultural conditions and corresponding operation mechanism to support the high-quality development of vocational education,and the most fundamental measurement indicator is the quality of talent training.Shenzhen,as the core engine city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,has the special resource endowment to promote the construction of vocational education highland.To address issues such as the supply of high-level technical skills,alleviating anxiety over education in the society and serving Hong Kong and Macao more effectively,Shenzhen should give full play to the advantages of the government’s strong ability to coordinate development,close integration of industry,education and technology,and strong education reform and innovation,and implement the new development concept in the new education practice,and strive to build a world-class "business card" of vocational education in China.
