摘要
以1年生红瑞木扦插苗为试材,设置尿素浓度0.0%(N1)、0.8%(N2)、1.6%(N3)、2.4%(N4)4个处理,研究根外追肥对红瑞木生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,根外追肥显著促进了红瑞木的株高生长,提高了红瑞木叶片内叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量。不同处理比较来看,各根外追肥处理促进红瑞木生长和改善其生理特性的顺序为N4>N3>N2,红瑞木适宜的根外追肥配方为1.6%~2.4%尿素+0.8%磷酸二氢钾。
To study the effects of foliage dressing on the growth and physiological characteristics of Cornus alba Linnaeus,The 1⁃year⁃old cutting seedlings of Cornus alba Linnaeus were used as the test material,and 4 treatments were set which u⁃rea concentrations were 0.0%(CK,N1),0.8%(N2),1.6%(N3),2.4%(N4).Results showed that the foliage dressing treatment could significantly promote the growth of plant height and increase the contents of chlorophyll a,chloro⁃phyll b,carotenoid,soluble protein and soluble sugar in the leaves of Cornus alba Linnaeus.According to the comparison of different treatments,the order of promoting growth and improving physiological characteristics of each foliage dressing treatment in the seedling raising of Cornus alba Linnaeus was N4>N3>N2.The suitable foliage dressing formula for Cor⁃nus alba Linnaeus was 1.6%urea+0.8%potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
