根外追肥对紫丁香生理和枝叶养分含量的影响

Effects of Foliage Dressing on the Physiology and Nutrient Content of Branches and Leaves of Syringa Oblata

以4年生紫丁香实生苗为试材,在田间条件下设置4个处理,尿素浓度分别0.0%(T1,对照)、0.4%(T2)、0.8%(T3)、1.2%(T4),磷酸二氢钾浓度均为0.6%,研究不同根外追肥处理对紫丁香生理和枝叶养分含量的影响。结果表明,根外追肥可以显著提高紫丁香硝酸还原酶活性、硝态氮、氨基酸、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及枝叶养分含量。综合分析来看,0.8%的尿素+0.6%的磷酸二氢钾为适宜的紫丁香根外追肥处理。

To study the effects of foliage dressing treatment on the physiology and nutrient content of branches and leaves of Syringa oblata,the 4⁃year⁃old seedlings of Syringa oblata were used as the test material,and 4 treatments were set under field conditions which urea concentrations were 0.0(CK,T1),0.4%(T2),0.8%(T3),1.2%(T4).Results showed that the foliage dressing treatment could significantly increased the nitrate reductase activity and the contents of nitrate nitro⁃gen,amino acid,soluble protein,chlorophyll,carotenoid and the nutrient content of the branches and leaves of Syringa oblata.Comprehensive analysis showed that 0.8%urea+0.6%potassium dihydrogen phosphate was the suitable foliage dressing treatment of Syringa oblata.
