摘要
印制电路板生产中镍槽清洗,需要改善环境影响和降低成本。基于酸度维护原则以及镍离子控制原则,我公司引进新型环保清槽剂并测试极限可循环使用次数,同时与硝酸清槽成本做比较,力求降低清槽药水的使用成本和废水处理成本。
Nickel bath cleaning in printed circuit board production needs to improve environmental impact and reduce cost.By control measures based on acidity maintenance principle and nickel ions,the company introduced a new environmental protection tank cleaning agent and tested the limit of recycled times.At the same time,it compared with the cost of nitric acid tank cleaning,and strived to reduce the use of tank cleaning potion cost and waste water treatment cost.
