摘要
为了对工程钢圈裂纹萌生寿命进行研究,以某企业的工程钢圈作为研究对象,针对钢圈的弯曲台架试验建立有限元模型,采用有限元软件ANSYS-WORKBENCH进行有限元静力学应力分析。在此基础上使用寿命仿真软件Ncode对钢圈进行裂纹萌生寿命预测,得到钢圈的疲劳寿命云图,最后使用声发射的无损检测方法,实时监测出钢圈的裂纹情况。在钢圈出现初始裂纹时通过声发射系统控制台架试验机停止,最终得到钢圈裂纹的萌生寿命,并与仿真值进行比对。
In order to study the crack initiation life of construction rim,a finite element model was established based on the bending bench test of an enterprise's construction rim.The finite element software ANSYS-WORKBENCH was used to carry out the finite element static stress analysis,and on this basis,the fatigue life cloud diagram of the steel ring was obtained by predicting the crack initiation life of the steel ring with the life simulation software Ncode,finally,the crack of the steel ring can be detected in real time by using the nondestructive testing method of acoustic emission,and the initial crack of the steel ring can be stopped by the control bench test machine of acoustic emission system when the initial crack of the steel ring appears,which were compared with the simulation value.
