随机分布非等径Cu-W颗粒致密化行为数值模拟

摘要 为研究Cu-W粉体颗粒的压制致密化行为,利用Java编程语言构建了随机分布非等径Cu-W三维颗粒数学模型,将生成的球心坐标导入有限元分析软件Marc中构建三维密集球堆积松散粉末颗粒模型,采用Marc软件对其压制成型过程中粉体颗粒分布、变形及节点流动规律进行数值模拟。结果表明:在压制形变过程中,模腔内粉体颗粒在空间上呈螺旋状旋转运动。颗粒越大其形变程度越显著,软质Cu颗粒在接触点处形成凹弧形和圆柱弧形,节点轨迹呈自上向下、由中心到四周转动的趋势;内摩擦系数越小,压制相对密度越大。 In order to study the compaction behavior of Cu-W powder particles,Java programming language was used to construct a mathematical model of randomly distributed non-equal diameter Cu-W three-dimensional particles,and the generated spherical center coordinates were imported into the finite element analysis software Marc to construct a three-dimensional model of compact ball-piled loose powder particles.Numerical simulation of powder particles distribution,deformation and nodal flow law in the process of compaction was carried out by Marc software.The results show that during the compression deformation process,the powder particles in the mold cavity rotate in a spiral shape in space.The larger the particles are,the more significant the degree of deformation is.The soft Cu particles form concave arcs and cylindrical arcs at the contact points,and the nodal trajectory has a tendency to rotate from top to bottom,from the center to the surrounding.The smaller the internal friction coefficient is,the more suppressed higher density is.
