伊维菌素两种制剂对寄生于牦牛的牛颚虱持效期对比试验研究

A Comparative Study on Retention Period of Two kinds of Ivermectin Agent against Cygnathia Japonicus Parasitism in Yak

应用3.0%伊维菌素长效注射剂,选择自然感染牛颚虱的1岁牦牛100头,分别以低(0.3 mg/kg)、中(0.6 mg/kg)、高(0.9 mg/kg)体重剂量颈部皮下注射,同时设1%伊维菌素注射剂0.2 mg/kg剂量皮下注射作对照,进行防治效果评价。结果:给药后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d、42 d、56 d、70 d,伊维菌素长效注射剂中剂量试验组牦牛牛颚虱转阴率分别为85.0%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%、95.0%和95.0%;杀虫率分别为83.5%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%、78.4%和64.0%;高剂量组转阴率和杀虫率均为100.0%;低剂量组转阴率分别为35.0%、50.0%、55.0%、60.0%、65.0%、65.0%、70.0%和60.0%;杀虫率分别为39.0%、52.5%、62.4%、66.0%、66.7%、77.3%、66.0%和61.7%。试验证明,伊维菌素长效制剂对放牧牦牛牛颚虱有明显效果,全部试验牦牛给药后未见异常反应。从牛颚虱转阴率、减少率和驱虫率的有效性评价看,本品0.9 mg/kg剂量可作为推荐剂量。

A total of 100 one-year-old yaks with natural infection of c.chinensis were injected subcutaneously into the neck at low(0.3 mg/kg),medium(0.6 mg/kg) and high(0.9 mg/kg) body weight, respectively.At the same time, subcutaneous injection of 1% ivermectin at a dose of 0.2 mg/kg was used as the control to evaluate the control effect.The results showed that at 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d, 35 d, 42 d, 56 d and 70 days after administration, the negative conversion rates of b.japonicus were 85.0%,100.0%,100.0%,100.0%,100.0%,100.0%,95.0% and 95.0% in medium-dose ivermectin oil suspension long-acting injection test groups, respectively.The killing rates were 83.5%,100.0%,100.0%,100.0%,100.0%,100.0%,78.4% and 64.0%,respectively.The negative conversion rate and killing rate of high dose group were 100.0%.The negative conversion rates in low dose group were 35.0%,50.0%,55.0%,60.0%,65.0%,65.0%,70.0% and 60.0%,and the killing rates were 39.0%,52.5%,62.4%,66.0%,66.7%,77.3%,66.0% and 61.7%,respectively.The experiment proved that ivermectin oil suspension long-term preparation has obvious effect on grazing yaks.No abnormal reaction was found in all yaks.The dosage of 0.9 mg/kg of this product can be used as the recommended dose for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the conversion rate, reduction rate and repellent rate of b.chinensis.
