摘要
为了取得Se和VE对犊牦牛白肌病的预防效果的基础参数,对妊娠末期牦牛进行补充Se和VE,对所产犊牦牛的部分血清酶活性进行了测定。结果表明:出生当日实验组犊牦牛的血清中GOT活性显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05),而4周龄时虽呈低值,但两区间无显著差异。犊牦牛血清GPT活性在出生当日和4周龄时均低于对照组,但无显著差异。与对照组相比,实验组犊牦牛的血清CPK活性在出生当日、生后4周龄时均呈低值,但两区间无显著差异。在对照组中,出生当日与4周龄时各有1头呈显著的高值,出生当日对照组中1头犊牦牛的血清CPK活性呈939 U/L的显著高值。结果显示,通过肌注对妊娠末期牦牛补充Se与VE可以提高犊牦牛在出生及哺乳期间两成分血清浓度,抑制血清酶活性的增加,对防止犊牦牛白肌病的发生有效。
In order to obtain the basic parameters of the preventive effect of Se and VE on white myopathy of yak calves,Se and VE were supplemented to yak calves at the end of pregnancy,and part of serum enzyme activities of yak calves were measured.The results showed that the activity of GOT in serum of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group on the day of birth(P<0.05),and the activity of GOT in serum of experimental group was low at 4 weeks of age,but there was no significant difference between the two ranges.Serum GPT activity of calf yak was lower than that of control group at birth day and 4 weeks of age,but there was no significant difference.Compared with the control group,serum CPK activity in experimental group was lower at birth day and 4 weeks of age,but there was no significant difference between the two group.The serum CPK activity of 1 yak calf in the control group was significantly higher at birth day and 4 weeks of age,and the serum CPK activity of 1 yak calf at birth day was significantly higher at 939 U/L.The results showed that the supplementation of Se and VE in yak calves at the end of pregnancy by intramuscular injection can increase the serum concentrations of Se and VE in yak calves during childbirth and lactation,inhibit the increasing of serum enzyme activity,and effectively prevent the occurrence of yak calves’leukomyopathy.
