摘要
对青海湖南岸普氏原羚保护站送检病死普氏原羚进行病原诊断,经临床症状、剖检变化、病原菌的分离培养、PCR鉴定,确诊该普氏原羚是由B型诺维氏梭菌感染引起的死亡。
The pathogen diagnosis of one dead Procapra przewalskii from Qinghai Lake conservation station was carried out.The death was confirmed to be caused by Clostridium novyi type B infection,according to clinical symptoms,autopsy changes,isolation and culture of pathogenic bacteria and PCR identification.
