瑶药白九牛生药学研究

Study on Pharmacognostical Identification from Stems of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia (Y. C. Wu) T. Chen

摘要 目的:对不同产地的白九牛药材进行系统的生药学鉴别研究。方法:采用原植物基原鉴定、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、TLC鉴别、常规检查等方法进行研究。结果:鉴定了白九牛药材的基原,描述了药材性状、茎横切面和粉末显微特征,建立薄层色谱鉴别方法,水分测定值为6.7%~10.4%,总灰分为2.8%~5.4%,浸出物为8.9~14.9。结论:研究结果可为白九牛的鉴定和质量标准的制定提供科学依据。 Objective To engage in a systematic pharmacognostical studied on Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia (Y.C. Wu) T. Chen from different habitats. Methods Identification original plant of Stauntonia. obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia (Y.C. Wu) T. Chen,morpho-logical identification,microscopic identification,TLC identification and routine examinationmethods are carried out. Results The origin of Stauntonia subsp. intermedia (Y. C. Wu) T. Chen is identified. The characters,transection and powder microscopic feature of Stauntonia subsp. intermedia (Y. C. Wu) T. Chen are described,and TLC identification are established. The moisture are 6. 7% —10. 4%,the total ash content are 2. 8% —5. 4%,and content of ethyl alcohol-soluble extract are 8. 9—14. 9. Conclusion This study can be used as a scientific reference for the identification and quality study of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia (Y. C. Wu) T. Chen.
