脐灸疗法联合补中益气汤治疗脾气亏虚型变应性鼻炎42例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 42 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis of Spleen Qi Deficiency Treated by Umbilical Moxibustion Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction

目的:观察脐灸疗法联合补中益气汤治疗脾气亏虚型变应性鼻炎42例的临床疗效。方法:收集脾气亏虚型变应性鼻炎患者84例,随机分为对照组42例,予西药糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻;观察组42例,予脐灸疗法联合补中益气汤加减治疗;治疗28 d (4疗程)后,观察治疗前后临床症状积分变化,并对血清白细胞介素-17 (IL-17)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)和转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)进行对比。结果:观察组临床症状积分高于对照组;观察组IL-10水平低于对照组,IL-17、TGF-β1水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:脐灸疗法联合补中益气汤通过调节机体炎性因子IL-17、IL-10、TGF-β1,影响Th17与Treg免疫平衡,提高机体免疫能力,改善患者症状,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe 42 cases of Allergic Rhinitis of Spleen qi deficiency type treated by umbilical moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Methods 84 patients with allergic rhinitis due to spleen qi deficiency in department of otorhinolaryngology,Henan provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,and 42 patients in the control group were treated with metasone furoate nasal spray. 42 cases in the therapy group were treated with umbilical moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction. After 28 days’ of treatments( 4 courses),the changes of clinical symptom integrals before and after treatments were observed,and the serum interleukin-17( IL-17),interleukin-10( IL-10) and transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1) were compared. Results The clinical symptom integrals of the therapy group were higher than those in the control group. The IL-10 level in the therapy group was lower than that of control group,and the IL-17 and TGF-β1 levels were higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Umbilical moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can regulate the inflammatory factors IL-17,IL-10 and TGF-β1,and affect the immune balance of Th17 and Treg,improve the body’ s own immune ability,and improve the symptoms of patients. The clinical efficacy is significant,which is worth popularizing.
