PS-FFOCT系统中1/4波片相位相对延迟误差对双折射参数测量精度的影响

摘要 偏振敏感全场光学相干层析术(PS-FFOCT)可以产生生物组织样本的双折射和二向色性等正面深度分辨图像。PS-FFOCT系统在生物组织双折射特性测量中的一个重要问题是分析系统中1/4波片相位相对延迟误差对测量精度的影响。搭建了一个PS-FFOCT系统,建立了系统测量的Jones矩阵模型,然后利用该模型分析了系统中1/4波片相位相对延迟误差对双折射参数测量精度的影响。最后,利用Matlab软件分析揭示了误差的具体影响特性。该研究结果对设计PS-FFOCT系统及精确测量生物组织双折射特性有很大的帮助。 Polarization-sensitive full-field optical coherence tomography(PS-FFOCT)system can produce the depthresolved en face images of the birefringence and diattenuation of biological tissue samples.One of the important problems in the birefringence measurement of biological tissue using PS-FFOCT system is the analysis of the effects of relative phase delay error of quarter-wave plate on the measurement accuracy.A PS-FFOCT system was set up in this study.First,the Jones matrix model of the system was derived,and the effects of relative phase delay errors of quarter-wave plate on the measurement accuracy of birefringence were then analyzed.Finally,the results simulated using Matlab software were presented to reveal the specific behaviors.The research results can help the design of PS-FFOCT system and the accurate measurement of birefringence characteristics of biological tissues.
