双跨-双支撑转子联轴器角不对中试验 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Angle Misalignment of Dual-span-Dual-support Rotor Coupling

摘要 在旋转机械中,转轴不对中是普遍存在的一类故障。为研究转轴角度不对中对旋转机械系统的影响,以HZXT-05型转子试验台为基础,试验分析了联轴器角度不对中工况下,转子系统的动态响应,并应用理论结果进一步解释。研究结果表明:各转速下正常工况二倍频成分接近零,角不对中工况二倍频成分更加明显,其二倍频成分占与转速呈正相关;正常工况下各转速轴心轨迹的轮廓半径变化范围不大,接近圆形,角不对中工况下,轴心轨迹在低转速下极为杂乱,随着转速的升高,轴心轨迹接近椭圆,其轴心轨迹最长轮廓半径和最短轮廓半径比接近2∶1。研究结果对联轴器的安装调试及角不对中的研究具有很好的指导意义。 Misalignment of the rotating shaft is a common type of failure in a rotating machinery.In order to study the effect of angular misalignment on the rotating machinery system,the dynamic response of the rotor system under the coupling angular misalignment condition is analyzed experimentally based on the HZXT-05 rotor test bench,and the theoretical results are applied to further explain.The results show that the second harmonic component under normal working conditions is close to zero at each speed,and the second harmonic component becomes more apparent and positively correlated with the speed in angular misalignment working conditions.The contour radius of the axial trajectory at each speed under normal working conditions does not vary much and is close to circular,while under the angular misalignment working conditions the axial trajectory is extremely chaotic at low speed.With the increase of speed,the axial trajectory becomes close to an ellipse,and the ratio between the longest contour radius and the shortest contour radius of its axis trajectory is close to 2∶1.The results of the study can provide guidance to the installation and commissioning of the coupling and the study of angular misalignment.
