摘要
分析了汽车防撞梁固定板的结构及其冲压工艺性,制定了该制件的冲压工艺方案,论述了其工位、排样与模具的结构设计特点。实践证明,汽车防撞梁固定板冲压模具结构合理,制件质量稳定,为类似的汽车结构件冲压工艺与模具设计提供一定的参考价值。
The structure of the fixed plate of the automobile collisionproof beam and its stamping process are analyzed, the stamping process scheme of the part is formulated, and the structural design characteristics of the station, layout and die are discussed. Practice has proved that the stamping die structure of the fixed plate of the automobile collisionproof beam is reasonable, and the product quality is stable, which provides a certain reference value for the stamping process and die design of similar automobile structural parts.
