Trimming and piercing die is an important process in automobile panel die.In this paper,the design points of trimming and piercing die is briefly described from the aspects of the stressed rib design,the calculation of the blanking force and the trimming force,the setting of the blanking gap of the trimming knife,the design of the trimming scrap knife,and the design of the slidingchute.
