基体强韧化热处理提高精密冲压模具使用寿命的研究

摘要 研究了一种基体强韧化热处理工艺对Cr12Mo1V1冷作模具钢力学性能的影响,并开展在汽车电磁护板精密冲压模具的使用研究。结果表明,经过基体强韧化热处理工艺能够有效改善力学性能,冲击韧性和抗弯强度分别提高22%和12%;采用基体强韧化热处理工艺制作的精密冲压模具,其使用寿命比传统热处理工艺提升了30%,实现了在不增加模具原材料成本的前提下,通过热处理工艺优化,有效的提升了模具的使用寿命。 The effect of a matrix strengthening and toughening heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of Cr12Mo1V1 cold working die steel was studied, and the application research in the stamping die of precision automobile electromagnetic shield was studied. The results show that the mechanical properties can be effectively improved by the matrix strengthening and toughening heat treatment process. The impact toughness and bending strength are increased by 22% and 12% respectively;The service life of the precision stamping die treated by the matrix strengthening and toughening heat treatment process is increased by30% compared with the traditional heat treatment process. It realizes the optimization of heat treatment process without increasing the cost of mold raw materials, and effectively improves the service life of the mold.
