摘要
研究了一种新型用于热冲压成形模具钢,对该材料扁钢的冶炼、锻造和热处理工艺进行了试验。结果表明:通过特殊冶炼过程锻制生产的扁钢,进行系统的热处理工艺,生产出的锻制扁钢外形良好,并且通过对锻制扁钢热处理工艺试验等研究,表明该新型热冲压成形模具钢锻造扁钢有优良的耐磨性,与相同工艺生产的H13钢相比较热处理硬度有所提高。
In this paper,a new type of die steel with king hot stamping was studied.The smelting,forging and heat treatment process of the flat steel were tested.The results show that.The flat steel produced by forging in special smelting process has a good appearance through systematic heat treatment process,and through the heat treatment process test of the forged flat steel,it is shown that the forged flat steel of new hot stamping die steel has excellent wear resistance,and the hardness of heat treatment is improved compared with H13 steel produced by the same process.
