摘要
本文运用气相色谱法(NPD检测器)建立了测定生物柴油中9种含氮化合物的分析方法。该方法对柱温、升温速率、进样量、分流比进行了优化,当初始温度为45℃,升温速率为15℃/min,进样量为0.2μL,分流比为100:1时,9种含氮化合物组分得到较好的分离。9种含氮化合物定量下限范围为1.13~1.58 mg/L,回收率为98.2%~104.5%,具有操作简便、灵敏度高、精密度及准确性好的特点,能够满足生物柴油含氮化合物的测定要求,可用于生物柴油中含氮化合物的检测分析。
This paper established an analytical method for determination of nine nitrogen compounds in biodiesel by gas chromatography(NPD).The method optimized the column temperature,heating rate,injection volume,and split ratio.When the initial temperature is 45°C,the heating rate is 15°C/min,the injection volume is 0.2μL,and the split ratio is 100:1,the nine nitrogen compounds were well separated.The lower limit of quantification of the nine nitrogen compounds ranged from 1.13-1.58 mg/L,and the recoveries were 98.2%-104.5%.The method is simple,sensitive,precise and accurate.It can meet the requirements of the determination of nitrogen compounds in biodiesel,and can be used for the analysis of nitrogen compounds in biodiesel.
