摘要 面向“2030碳达峰2060碳中和”这一背景,以促进社区群资源互补、降低社区运营成本为目标,提出了考虑低碳优先的社区群电热交易方法。首先,从物理、经济和低碳属性维度构建了社区综合能源系统模型;接着,以撮合社区群电热交易为目标,构建了基于供需比的社区群电热交易价格模型,给出了兼顾公平和低碳的社区群能源分配原则及策略;然后,以社区运营成本最低为目标建立了考虑低碳优先的社区群电热交易优化模型,进而求解出社区群电热价格、社区级调控策略及购售能方案;最后,通过算例表明所提社区群电热交易策略可充分释放社区群资源互补潜力,有效降低社区运营成本,定向激励低碳社区交易与发展;此外,就低碳优先系数对社区群电热交易结果的影响进行深入分析。 Under the background of “Carbon Peak in 2030 and Carbon Neutrality in 2060”,a heat-electricity trading method of community groups with low carbon priority is proposed with the goal of promoting the community resource complementarity and reducing the community operating costs.First,a refined model of the community integrated energy system is constructed from the physical,economic and low-carbon attributes.Meanwhile,aiming at matching the resources margins,a regional heat-electricity price model based on the supply and demand ratio is established,and the energy distribution principle and strategy of the community groups considering both fairness and low carbon are given.Then,the heat-electricity trading model of the community group is proposed to achieve the economic optimality,and the regional heat-electricity prices,the community-level operation strategy and the energy purchase/sale schemes are obtained.Finally,the extensive numerical study confirms that the proposed calculation releases the complementary resource potential of the community groups,reduces the community operating costs effectively,and encourages the trading and development of the low-carbon communities.In addition,the impacts of the low-carbon priority coefficient on the community group trading results is deeply analyzed.
